We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator (SOC) to join our customer operations team that is responsible for all planning and fulfilment activities. This role is primarily about ensuring that our products end up in the hands accounts/channels that serve our consumers in the best way. The role focuses on our European operation where we have one DC that does the fulfillment for all three EMEA commercial clusters (North, Central and Emerging). You would be working closely with logistics team and planning teams and be a key stakeholder for the cluster commercial teams. It’s a new role and plenty of opportunity to develop and evolve it and reports directly into the customer operations director. Ideal candidate is somebody who has strong analytical skills and enjoys working with data.
SOC key mission is to support coordination of sales activities among 3 EMEA clusters and central Operations team (Logistics, SIOP etc).
Analyze, manage, and optimize the allocation process among EMEA clusters by account/channel/cluster (in case of overperformance). Define, implement, and maintain allocation hierarchy. Collaborate effectively with cluster sales teams and cluster heads;
Ensure DTC stock availability by setting correct replenishment minimums for the stock pool based on forecast. Ensure appropriate actions are taken timely to ensure high level of goods availability for consumers;
Ensure proper allocation in B2B stock pool (MOST) based on analyzing actual cluster performance vs SIOP forecast (in case of stock risk);
Secure stock availability based on specific sales arrangements (eg ‘contract management’, clearance sales, bundles etc.), reserve inventory pool and define clear working rules between cluster in case of conflict. Prioritize commercial initiatives based on overall profitability to allow appropriate stock allocation decision;
Support Excess & Obsolete inventory optimization, clearance, and execution;
Provide sales data analytics for optimizing operations processes (sale through, profitability, C2S etc.) enabling smooth execution of sales activities in the markets from operations perspective;
Ensure timely communication of results, progress and escalation of challenges related to sales activities status, risks, time and cost to CO Director, cluster & market heads, SIOP team and EMEA Logistic team.
Some travel might be occasionally required within EU.
