Sales Manager CT/LIC Benelux
As a Sales Manager Commercial Transport & Light Industry Coatings Benelux (CT & LIC), you will be responsible for the segment sales in the direct channel (70%) and, in liaison with the Business Development Manager Distribution, for the indirect channel. You will manage a team of 6, including New Business and Technical Account Managers.

Collaborate with the Business Director on the segment and territory strategic plans.
Build, expand and execute a robust pipeline of prospective customers and growth initiatives relative to the subject segments.
Develop multi-contact sales strategies, involving Purchasing, Customer Service, Parts/After Sales, etc. for Key Account contracts to achieve PPG financial goals.
Energize the distribution channel to grow the market penetration. Prepare and execute annual sales plans, meet targets: new wins, net sales, account receivables and team engagement.
Continuously work to introduce new products and services to all partners and decision makers.
In conjunction with PPG Technical, outline and manage the process that includes all logistics of panels, samples, testing, etc. tied to the approval process.
Master's Degree in chemical or technical field, you also have a strong commercial drive.
Good understanding of on-line fabrication in the industrial automotive environment.
Strong understanding of testing procedures, processes and protocols. Experienced in preparing and giving presentations and negotiating at senior manager/board level.
Frequent travel within the Benelux and occasionally within EMEA.
Excellent command of the English language, knowledge of the Dutch, French and/or German languages (in that order) are advantageous.
