    Sales Manager Benelux CCH Tagetik

    CCH Tagetik, who are we?

    CCH Tagetik (part of Wolters Kluwer’s Tax & Accounting Division) is a leading Corporate Performance Management software vendor. In addition to providing a unified Performance Management Platform for Budgeting, Planning and Consolidation, Tagetik has developed pre-packaged solutions addressing regulatory reporting requirements for Solvency II, IFRS16 & IFRS17.

    For our Benelux headquarters based in Arnhem (NL) we are now looking for a Sales Manager Benelux.

    Job Summary

    As a sales manager you will develop, implement and improve local sales activities in the Benelux region. You will also be responsible for managing and coaching the team and add value to our customers and partners and help them to grow. As senior generalist who drives leadership and initiatives, you will also be responsible for creating and executing the local sales plan and supporting the global plan. You will report into the General Manager CCH Tagetik Benelux and you will be part of the management team.


    • Create and manage local sales plans and campaigns

    • Manage follow-up of sales cycles and achieve targets with your team

    • Analyze the market and manage business development together with the marketing department

    • Ensure proper tracking and sales management reporting, manage the pipeline and forecasting accuracy

    • Support the drive of marketing leads and pipeline generation activities


    • Bachelor degree in business/finanance or equivalent level gained through experience

    • At least 4/5 years’ experience and r elevant track record in a similar sales role

    • Proven experience in managing and driving a team of professionals

    • Experience with CRM/lead management systems (Salesforce is a plus), forecasting and pipeline management

    • Excellent writing and editing skills

    • Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking), French language skills would be a plus

    • Excellent communicative and management skills, empathy and adaptability

    • Structured problem solving and good analytical skills

    • Strong skills in organization, prioritization and time management

    • Experience in finance or Corporate Performance Management software would be a plus
