    Sales Manager

    Naïf is hiring a Sales Manager, based in The Hague NL

    Job description: Sales Manager

    The right person is passionate about selling Naïf. You will be comfortable in a start-up culture and able to operate and coordinate across multiple teams. You love all your customers.

    Must haves

    · Entrepreneurial, passionate salesperson

    · Relentlessly driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented and “bulletproof”

    · Enjoy success most when you’ve had to overcome obstacles to achieve it; you celebrate your success and the success of the teams even more (winning culture)

    · The right attitude: drive, flexibility and energy in an ambiguous, relentless and fun environment

    · Minimum of 3 years of work experience within a sales role

    · Fluency in Dutch and English

    · Last but not least…. Well developed ping pong skills

    Responsibilities

    · Manage the full sales cycle from generating leads, closing the deal and managing relationships with potential and existing customers.

    · Building strong relationships with our retail customers. Training store staff and making sure Naïf is always top of mind

    · Working closely with the marketing team to offer brilliant sales initiatives

    · Customer relations: all our (future) clients have to trust you to have their best interests at heart

    · Customer support: the customer is king, all of them, always…
