    Sales Manager

    Like many other companies, our sales teams are responsible for seeking out and securing the right partnerships and clients in order to get customers on-board with our mission. Sales teams at NewMotion are exciting, unique, and passionately driven to lead our company to commercial excellence. Providing the best advice and ensuring quality relationships is at the forefront of our sales teams. The Sales Manager is accountable for achieving the budgeted results in the assigned markets. Where the budgeted results are replaced by an operational plan, the approved operational plan is leading.

    The Sales Manager is responsible for the performance of the team and will specifically be monitored on employee satisfaction and churn.

    You will be responsible to:

    • Execute the agreed Budget (or Operational Plan)
    • Build and coach the sales teams
    • Implementation and fault free implementation of the NewMotion processes and procedures.

    Work location is primarily office based in the local office, but requires regular travel.

    • Drive, develop and coach the team to deliver to specific KPIs
    • increase market share by identifying, developing and embedding effective partnerships and opportunities

    • Realise the “SMART” goals and revenue targets
    • Formulate a clear plan to achieve the above-mentioned goals. The tactical plan will be based on the NewMotion Strategy. This plan will cover:
      • Market survey of the assigned market
      • Creation and maintaining of the commercial policy
      • Translation of the Regional marketing plan to the local needs (optimizing local implementation in close cooperation with the central marketing team)
      • Defining and adopting a clear CRM strategy for existing customers
      • A Focus plan to continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
      • Implementation of the joint market approach with Shell as well as the OEM & Lease companies (referral model). This includes both the management of the relation with the partner as well as proactively accelerate the conversion in combination with the customer (B2B2B and B2B2C).
    • Adopt a hands-on approach to major customers, ensuring the delivery of existing and new contracts, and maximising sales potential
    • Work with the Retention Team to facilitate their access to key customer accounts for the purpose of selling service propositions to drive stickiness across the value chain
    • Negotiate and create offers with, and for, all strategic partners and corporate customers
    • Set the Commercial Framework (Pricing, T&C’s etc) in close cooperation (and with formal approval off) the Regional Manager.
    • Act as coach and team builder for the team, using the NewMotion leadership principles (DNA) ensuring our employees are maximising their potential and are engaged
    • Simplify processes and procedures to maximise efficiency
    • Provide relevant market information to the central NewMotion team
