We’re looking for a Sales Manager to help improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients.
Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Sales Manager for our Surgical Solutions portfolio in the Netherlands leading a small team of Account Managers and Clinical Specialists.
You will support the team to win and develop new and existing business, whilst ensuring marketing are supported with accurate forecasting via robust maintenance of the regional sales pipeline. You will support the team in identifying key stakeholders including supply chain, purchasing collaboratives, key senior hospital management, procurement and high-level clinical personnel within the defined region.
Develop and execute the regional business plan in line with national Surgical Solutions strategy
Achieve agreed regional targets and other key performance indicators
Strategic resource deployment to maximise sales efficiency and productivity
Develop strategic relationships with key local commercial and clinical stakeholders
Support Strategic Relationship Managers and Clinical Support Managers to deliver full business solutions
Identify and obtain organisational resource to support account conversion
Contribute to national sales and marketing strategies as part of the leadership team
Develop and propose business cases around regional business growth opportunities
Implement a strong performance management system including regular PDP discussions
Foster a culture which results in strong employee engagement
Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrable experience in a senior medical device sales role – Essential
Prior exposure to a surgical theatre environment and associated contacts - Essential
Strategic mindset and advanced communication skills – Essential
Previous experience of leading a successful and high performing team – Essential
University degree in relevant subject including business or applied sciences – Essential
Fluent spoken/written English and Dutch – Essential
Formal management qualification – Desirable
