    We are looking for a Global Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Enschede.



    The Sales Operations Analyst is part of the Global Sales Excellence team, with team members in Enschede (NL) and Lansdale (USA). The team is supporting Johnson Controls’ Fire Suppression Products (FSP) Business Unit.
    FSP is a manufacturer of fire suppression products that are used to either automatically or manually suppress fires. For this purpose, our product range covers: Sprinklers (systems), Engineered (gaseous) Fire Suppression Systems, and Pre-engineered Fire Suppression Systems such as Kitchen- and Vehicle Systems. Besides that, our product range also covers Portable fire extinguishers and Foam Systems/Agents. Our products protect millions of people and their properties around the world. Some of our well-known brands are: Tyco and Ansul.



    The Sales Operations Analyst supports sales- and senior management with insights you created. These insights are pipeline analyses, backlog analyses, sales territory optimization, revenue and margin per customer, country, region, product etc. The Sales Operations Analyst is a practical professional who creates, deploys and supports programs, tools and insights (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive) that enable the sales leadership to improve our ‘go-to-market’ effectiveness, optimize our sales force productivity and accelerate profitable revenue growth.



    How you will do it


    Providing Sales- and Senior Management with reports and Analyses:

    • Sales Forecasting
    • Pipeline analysis
    • Execute and analyze new orders and backlog reports
    • Set-up, maintain and execute Revenue and Margin reports
    • Assist in developing accurate forecasting tools and processes leveraging CRM
    • Report on sales performance and exceptions
    • Identify and monitor sales areas with a sub-optimal performance
    • Prepare Operations reviews

    Developing and measuring KPI’s:

    • Develop and measure diagnostic and predictive KPI’s
    • Develop meaningful sales dashboards
    • Drive sales productivity initiatives
    • Drive the use of metrics to assess the effectiveness of the sales force and sales processes

    Engaging in Sales Management support:

    • Monitor key-account plans
    • Support Strategic Sales planning, such as: sales territory optimization

    Work with the sales teams to:

    • Optimize sales processes
    • Contribute to Salesforce.com initiatives
    • Implement IT solutions using PowerBI (Microstrategy and Qlikview)

    Support with Sales Incentive Compensation:

    • Assist with the development and tracking of effective Sales Incentive Programs (SIP)
    • Deliver content for sales incentive plans

    Qualifications


    To excel in this position, you have:

    • 3 – 5 year working experience in a commercial analytical position
    • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable study with clear commercial and analytical profile
    • Knowledge of sales processes
    • Good numerical skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Self-knowledge and self confidence
    • A business mindset and business skills
    • Excellent communication skills in (business) English
