    Rider Supply Associate - NL

    Our Rider Supply Team is charged with finding, screening, recruiting, and training job applicants. You would play a key role in helping the company deal with a fast-changing business environment and a greater demand for quality employees.


    Your missions

    • Manage the pipeline: application review, following up, reply to candidates
    • Continuously optimize the recruiting process (templates, content, organization)
    • Consistently provide an excellent candidate experience through communication and reactivity
    • Manage and align with marketing sourcing providers or internal stakeholders
    • Propose new initiatives to increase riders happiness and give feedback to Riders Support

    Requirements

    • Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in an HR related role
    • A bachelors degree in Human Ressources, a completed commercial training or comparable qualification
    • Eager to learn and develop while being open to take on new projects
    • Collaborative and approachable when working with others
    • Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks
    • Prioritization: decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing topics when time is limited
    • Assertive communication with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met
    • Fluent English (read, written)
    • Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite applications
