About this Role
Rapid expansion and growth means we now have an exciting new role for a Revenue Operations Analyst based out of our HQ in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In this position you would be responsible for supporting members in the sales, customer success, and operations teams. You would focus on the administration and enablement of the software applications used by sales and customer success. You will be working with team members both in Amsterdam and New York City.
In this Revenue Operations role, you will report into and work closely with the Director of Business Operations to help manage and contribute to the operational infrastructure which will drive inSided forward in a global market. This will include setting up and maintaining software tools used by the customer success and sales teams, strategic planning, and eventually taking ownership of one of the sales or customer success teams CRMs. Please note you will be working closely with our VP and executive leadership.
Support ongoing administrative tasks of the sales and customer success software tools. Specifically: Salesforce, Gainsight, Delighted, Zoom, and Asana
Collaborate with sales and customer success users to verify data inputs and troubleshoot process errors. This includes weekly net new revenue and contract reviews.
Sponsor report restructuring/builds and deployment in Salesforce and Gainsight for both sales and customer success teams and the executive suite
Optimize and document key technical processes in sales and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding for all new team members and ongoing process changes as we scale
Customize Salesforce and Gainsight roles, permissions, and views for each role across the two teams. Ensuring each team member is focusing on the right data at the right time.
Identify and implement technical sales and customer success operational improvements, enhancements, and customizations such as automation process builds in Salesforce or automating customer journey communications in Gainsight.
What you will need to have:
2+ years of working experience in a SaaS business working in a sales, customer success, or operations role
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related program
2+ years experience as an administrator in at least one CRM (preferably certified in Salesforce or a customer success tool like Gainsight)
Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for working with data - high skill level of Excel / Google Sheets is a must
Interest in software and learning new tools
