Our Returns Team is responsible for the after-sale service of spare parts and batteries in a B2B and B2C setting. The team manages returns processes; from part replacement, to handling return cases together with the Logistics Service Providers (LSP’s) and to order spare parts for customers. Besides, the team takes care of customer warranty and makes claims to our suppliers.
As a Returns Logistics Coordinator, you will fulfill all the return cases with accuracy and make sure you provide our dealers with excellent service when customers have technical questions. Besides you make sure you stay compliant to warranty and storage policies and regulations. Furthermore, you are responsible for the end-to-end administration of all dealer returns, regarding communication with customers, coordination with the LSP’s and handling the incoming batteries at the QWIC workshop. Among your tasks will be:
You are responsible to handle customer returns according to warranty policies;
You are responsible to process and do the administration for returns;
You maintain the returned battery stock in both the virtual and physical warehouse and workshop location;
You maintain and improve our current workflow;
Based on customer input, you come up with solutions and improvements for the product development department;
Build and maintain professional relationships with both our customers and the operational staff.
Who are we looking for?
With your positive attitude, you know how to approach difficult situations. As you have to find the best solution for the customer, you are really solution-oriented. Besides, you are a hands-on team-player who is very flexible because no day will be the same.
You have a Vocational or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent amount of experience;
You have at least 3 years experience in Customer Service or customer facing role;
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
You are available to work in our workshop in Amstelveen.
