The clients store development department is the high-performance engine that ensures an ongoing output of outstanding, trailblazing, and innovative stores worldwide. High end graphics, outstanding retail designs combined with space and layout planning are the base of every one of our client's store. While expanding rapidly, the search for passionate retail designers is on. The challenge is to conquer new cities, new markets, but never compromise on the quality and uniformity of the brand's stores. An ideal candidate comes from a high-end retail brand and has proven experience in working on trend setting, high caliber, retail construction projects. You will be involved in the full cycle from concept to final design book.
Evolve retail concepts and stores, support enhanced product presentation and service engagement, aligning with Brand experience creative direction
Elevate and strengthen premium and purposeful storytelling across retail consumer touch points. Define, pilot, perfect and scale design solutions
Collaborates with peers, design counterparts and partner groups to ensure project design continuity across all areas of focus
Leverages design processes and best practices to ensure design deliverables, timelines and budgets are met
Communicates and presents design concepts to team/Sr. Designer/ Design Director and creates presentation materials that effectively communicate design intent. Ability to effectively elevate concerns to design leadership in a timely and accurate manner
Bachelors degree in architectural, interior design or environmental design and 3 to 7 years of experience
Retail design industry/environments experience preferred; retail environments, concepts and programs
Knowledge of design processes. High level of expertise with computer systems and applications.
Strong oral and written communications and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate and share concepts/design intent with creative team
Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes
Ability to develop collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and geographies
At first an ELLBRU contact for 6 or 12 months (no ZZP / sub contracting) is offered. When proven to be fit for the team, you might be offered a direct contract at our client.
