    Reseller Manager - Benelux

    For our Business in the BeNeLux area, we are looking for an energetic Reseller Manager, preferably based in Breda!

    The Reseller Manager is responsible for sales growth through managed reseller partners to help maximize channel sales opportunities across the regions. The reseller manager will be responsible for identifying potential partnerships, enrolment and management of the partnerships to produce strong business growth with a strategic approach to a region.

    The main contribution of this role is driving aggressive revenue growth of Rack-based and Edge-based products/solutions, including UPS, Rack/Row based Cooling, Power Distribution and IT Management portfolios. These serve as the basis for repeatable integrated designs in an open system architecture, encompassing integration, deployment, and ongoing management sold into mission critical applications.

    As a Reseller Manager, some of your main duties will include:

    • Create & manage agreed partner business plans for managed resellers to achieve agreed sales targets/achieve commitments.
    • Set and progress partners through the Partner Program.
    • Target setting, both for revenue and product grouping targets for each managed reseller.
    • Extensive and professional use of CRM on Demand tools.
    • Identification and recruitment of key focused resellers for the Nordic region.
    • Develop the Technical capability of each partner with a structured on-site cadence to support training, assistance with sales and reporting along with co-ordination of supporting resources.
    • Along with other joint resources, plan partner events, such as technology workshops and seminars.
    • Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
    • Regional partner contract management.

    In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable technology or business field, with demonstrated business aptitude.
    • Excellent people management and relationship building skills.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Exceptionally strong channel development and management experience at least 3+ years in similar or related positions with strong understanding of regional resellers and partners in the region.
    • Outstanding, demonstratable track record in achieving sales targets.
    • International English at advanced level.
    • Significant experience managing sales, or multiple component products / programs.
    • Significant responsibility for such solutions or programs
    • Familiarity with sales channels including IT Distribution, Electrical Distribution, Value Added Resellers, System Integrators, and Electrical & Mechanical Contractors is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with technology verticals including cloud services, communication / telecom, collocation, and enterprise highly preferred.
      • Familiarity with server OEM & ODM market leaders, their technologies, capabilities, go-to-market routes, and strategies is highly preferred.
      • Military service may substitute for some requirements in select cases.
