    Reporting CIP Lead

    Corporate Consolidation and Reporting CIP Lead

    Location: Netherlands - Veghel, VEG


    A day in the life of an Associate

    As part of the Global Management Reporting Center of Exellence, the Continuous Improvements (CIP) Lead will be working on enhancements and fixes of HELIOS, the global financial management reporting system. The CIP Lead will also act as a liaison with other parts of the Corporate FP&A team to ensure changes are implemented in lock step in both systems.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Play a vital role in CIPs for management reporting systems.
    • Translates high level definitions of requirements into detailed business requirements documents.
    • Partners with the Mars IS report development team to turn Business Requirements into development of new or changed reports/functionalities.
    • Responsible to coordinate the business testing steps and roll-out sign off required for new developments.
    • The testing phase of new developments may require additional resources (business users or temp resources in FP&A team) to support this phase. The jobholder will be responsible for coordinating this and manage the workload and planning of these resources.
    • Management of the Change Request database and present new report development requests to Report Leaders
    • Coordinate change efforts with other Corporate FP&A Teams


    What are we looking for?

    • A Bachelor or Master degree in Finance / Business Economics
    • Significant working experience within management reporting overall, and financial reporting system administration.
    • Strong and advanced communication, motivating and influencing skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship builder in a broad direction: global, regional, local finance teams from local functional experts to Sr. finance managers/directors.
    • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
    • High learning agility
    • Speaks fluent English
    • Key Functional Competencies: Good understanding of Essbase or similar multidimensional, financial reporting system and Project management skills
    • Mars supporting competencies: dealing with ambiguity, Technical Expertise, Drive for Results, Influencing others and Priority Setting
