What You'll Do
As a Renewal Specialist you will engage customers alongside Customer Experience (CX), integrated sales, and channel partner team members to renew and expand customer investment in Cisco’s recurring offers. You will drive a successful customer renewal experience by sharing customer value propositions for Enterprise Networking offers (including DNA), addressing objections & competitive risks, and highlighting compelling migration and expansion options.
You execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to include advising customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts
You advise and assist customers with migrating to Cisco’s ordering platform at the time of renewal.
You find and execute upsells within your customer base.
You ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to make sure payment is collected.

Who You Are
You have excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills
You are highly detail oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities
You have strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
You have previous DNA experience - preferred
You have experience working with Salesforce.com - preferred
You are Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
You are bilingual - preferred Arabic
