    Renewals Specialist, DNA

    What You'll Do
    As a Renewal Specialist you will engage customers alongside Customer Experience (CX), integrated sales, and channel partner team members to renew and expand customer investment in Cisco’s recurring offers. You will drive a successful customer renewal experience by sharing customer value propositions for Enterprise Networking offers (including DNA), addressing objections & competitive risks, and highlighting compelling migration and expansion options.
    • You execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to include advising customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts
    • You advise and assist customers with migrating to Cisco’s ordering platform at the time of renewal.
    • You find and execute upsells within your customer base.
    • You ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to make sure payment is collected.

    Who You Are
    • You have excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills
    • You are highly detail oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities
    • You have strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • You have previous DNA experience - preferred
    • You have experience working with Salesforce.com - preferred
    • You are Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
    • You are bilingual - preferred Arabic
