Knowledge and Experience:
BS/BA (or equivalent) plus 2+ years related sales experience.
Language requirement: German
Have a proven record in delivering excellent results against pre-defined goals and targets
Understanding of Cisco’s Field Sales, Product Specialist Sales, and Partner Sales organizations a plus.
Renewals experience within the United State to local, regional, national, and global multi-national enterprise customers. With a general understanding of Cisco’s Cloud Infrastructure & Software offerings – Intersight, Intersight Workload Optimizer, Hyperflex, and Nexus Dashboard.
Strong leadership skills in coaching and development of direct and/or teams
Excellent knowledge of sales processes, organizational structures, management practices, and resources development.
Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and the ability/affinity for building new relationships
Cloud Infrastructure & Software Renewals is the newest and fastest-growing software renewal business within Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) portfolio. The renewal specialists are driving the CX Renewals motion with the customer and managing a team of Cisco resources for all renewal activities from opportunity identification to negation to close. You will build direct relationships with global Cloud Infrastructure & Software Sales Specialists, Cisco account managers, Cisco channel partners, end customers, and other cross-functional leaders. You will lead and support all aspects of the Cloud Infrastructure & Software renewals lifecycle and deliver against quota.
Own and manage a portfolio of Cloud Infrastructure & Software renewals while ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting across the assigned territory.
Execute all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle. This includes advising customers of renewals, building quotes, handling customer objections, assisting with contract negotiations, helping partners with order processing, and closing renewal opportunities while ensuring entitlements are delivered appropriately.
Utilize Salesforce.com to lead all aspects of the sales/renewals to funnel from a weekly, monthly, and quarterly perspective, ensuring integrity of the funnel and associated opportunities, as well as to ensure sales leads are handled and actioned on in a timely and efficient manner
Build customer and partner relationships and work effectively with cross-functional partners.
Establish effective partnerships with diverse internal partners including Account Managers, Cloud Infrastructure & Software Sales Specialists, Partner Community, Customer Success, and Operations.
