Regional Sales Operations Associate, EMEA - Uber for Business
About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced sales operation team member who is passionate about building and scaling our Sales Operations function as we grow Uber for Business (U4B) into the SMB segment. This role will focus on driving business insights and operational excellence to increase revenue, sales productivity and efficiency through our inside sales and self-service channels. You will also be responsible for design sales reps territory, identify key opportunities to optimize our self-service funnel and measure regional SMB performance.
What You'll Do
Partner with the EMEA SOPS Lead, as well as with Global Sales Ops, Marketing & Product teams on key strategic, interpersonal and operational projects to drive revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency.
Provide data driven insights and identify key opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and improvements in SMB EMEA sales funnel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the GB generated by SMBs who sign-in through our self-service system, identifying and leading initiatives to improve the onboarding process
In partnership with central Sales Ops, define success metrics, establish targets, diagnose systems needs, and sales enablement requirements to make inside sales team successful
Lead weekly meetings with key stakeholders to review performance trends, identify areas for improvement and establish a sales rhythm
Own forecasting and planning process and cadence to ensure achievement of revenue and key operating metrics in EMEA SMB segment
Own end to end inside sales funnel metrics, and define book of business, routing scoring, qualification, routing processes and provision new sales reps
Maintain and develop sales dashboards with important operational metrics to track sales activities
3 years proven experience in B2B Sales Strategy & Sales Operations roles in Tech or SaaS, or with a successful track record in investment banking, strategy consulting.
Experience working with large sets of unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights - high proficiency needed on using SQL and Excel;
Experience within SMB segment, leading either self-service onboarding and/or Inside sales (aka scaled sales, telesales)
Analytical skills and business acumen. Aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements.
Experience in using Salesforce
Experience problem solving and passion to analyze, set priorities, and solve complex problems effectively and consistently
Process oriented mindset to clearly identify gap into sales funnel/process and work cross functionally to implement successful action plans
Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written.
Experience communicating executives and cross-functional teams alike
