As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the revenue of our brands Sigma Coatings, Glidden and ProGold in your respective region. You will lead a team of account managers and technical specialists. You will work closely with the Sigma Service Centre (SSC) Managers in the region, as together you’re responsible for the sales results of the Sigma Service Centres (SSC’s). The sale of our products takes place not only via via direct sales in our own shops (SSC’s) but also through Sigma partner distributors in the region. You have commercial responsibility for both. Through your connections with painters, real estate service companies and relations in the commissioning market you’ll be able to quickly take charge in this role.

Drafting a sales plan and ensuring its realisation.
Deployment and implementation of the marketing- and sales policy within the region with regard to the product range for building and commercial goods.
Managing a team of account managers, and technical advisors.
Taking part in events to promote the brand and our products.
Experienced Sales Manager with management experience and knowledge of the market.
HBO working and thinking level.
Strong networker, preferably with experience with parties in the construction industry.
Strategic approach with operational force.
You are stress resistant, flexible and work systematically.
Ability to travel throughout the region (yet to be determined).
