    Regional Sales Manager Womenswear

    We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager for our Womenswear team. This is a newly created, leadership position of critical importance to the future growth and development of the sales within the Scotch & Soda wholesale business. In this role you will deliver strong sales performance and direction within the high segment Womenswear business in your region in the Netherlands. As (Senior) Sales Manager, you will be responsible executing the new brand vision and sales strategy for the Scotch & Soda product engine in collaboration with the local leadership team, further developing the brands already impressive brand heritage, DNA and high-quality product offering globally.

    In this role you will lead and create a first-class Product Merchandising strategy & process that supports ongoing strategic initiatives and delivers against ambitious company financial goals.

    Key Responsibilities :
    Lead the execution of long-term sales strategies, to deliver the strategies in a timely manner appropriate for the target customer / market and to meet company targets by determining goals and objectives in sales and profits for the category.

    Identify sales opportunities in marketplaces/territories and key target consumer segments, and to maximise opportunity by articulating the Brands expression as distinct product values and, aesthetics, and to communicate succinctly this vision to the customer and future prospects.

    Inspire the Team to deliver the best and most relevant sales & excellent operation to meet consumer needs.

    Co-Lead and implement simple and effective sales processes that ensure the sales team are driven by consumer insight and data and that this is embedded into their processes

    Implement processes that ensure best use of product development to maximise sales performance.

    Oversee review processes that ensure sales opportunities are maximised and identify additional sales, but also marketing opportunities.

    You will be a confident presenter and must be able to bring sales and brand stories to life working closely with our local and global marketing teams.

    Requirements & Skillset

    You will be someone who has a passion & competitive flair for Fashionable sales & marketing and you will have significant experience in a similar role at a Manager/Sr Manager level.

    A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within a similar or larger sized organisations in the industry
    Use your initiative and have the ability to influence and take action where necessary

    Supervisory or management experience, preferably of a operational staff

    A clear, concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills and eye for detail
    Problem Solver with strong leadership skills

    Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position

    Strong closing skills. Prior attendance at formal sales training courses a plus

    Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills

    The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.

    Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to our customers
    Fluent in English and Dutch
