Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager BeNeLux within our Interventional Urology Sales Team.

What you will do?
Develop a national business area strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Sales manager;
Plan and ensure execution of Commercial Priorities and translate country sales targets to territory targets;
Develop a high performing sales team by implementing and managing the Sales force efficiency strategy (CRM optimization, opportunity management, segmentation & targeting, call plan& execution etc.);
Drive team culture with ownership & accountability and empower, motivate, inspire, coach and challenges the team;
(Co)- develop and support the training and development of sales competencies and procedure, product and competitor product knowledge amongst employees;
Deliver input for monthly, quarterly, annual rolling forecasting and for the annual and long term strategic business plan;
Responsible for the creation, execution, delivery of the quarterly and monthly targets and the reporting of the results based on the business plan;
Identify key trends within the market and supply chain and proactively drive business/partnership/joint working opportunities that will grow the business and benefit the patient;
Be customer facing, identifying and developing relationships with KOLs, including wholesalers, procurement, payers and business leads within the hospital and community segment and in line with business priorities;
Use insight and business intelligence to create innovative ideas to enhance our value proposition to the business partners in collaboration with the TM’s and Marketing sales manager;
Responsible for working closely with the Marketing Sales manager to execute product introductions, national campaigns and create local adaptations that will deliver business growth.
What are we looking for?
Degree (Bachelor or Academic) or equivalent qualification in a relevant area;
Strong understanding of the Healthcare, Health economic, and reimbursement landscape and how it affects local delivery of healthcare and healthcare services;
Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, networking and presentation skills;
Demonstrable Sales management and Key Account Management Experience;
Effective coach who is able to inspire, empower and drive performance in others;
Strong analytical skills and high levels of curiosity – ability to turn data into insight (Business Planning);
Ability to demonstrate strong product and clinical knowledge;
Has a good command of Dutch, French and English;
Working experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and common software products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Business or commercial qualifications;
Min 3 years sales management experience in a healthcare/medical device company;
Preferably experience of working within a surgical urology marketplace.
