    Regional Learning & Development Manager (Europe)

    Role Description

    In partnership with internal clients, as a Regional Learning and Development Manager, Europe you will design and implement the regional learning and development plan that aligns to business needs; and execute the global learning and talent strategy. You will support all IFF businesses and functional groups across Europe; designing, developing and delivering learning solutions to address priority capability needs; supporting the development and facilitation of internal IFF leadership and management courses; and supporting the deployment of Talent Management processes. In this role you will provide individual and group-oriented learning and development solutions, assessments, and interventions to help the organization achieve its strategic objectives.

    This person must work collaboratively across the Talent & Inclusion COE, L&D team, HR and the business to support IFF business strategies.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Partner with HR and Business Leaders to understand the regional business strategy
    • In collaboration with HR Business Partners, conduct learning needs consultation with Senior Business Leaders to develop the Regional Learning and Development Plan and select priority projects
    • Select, design, develop and deliver priority learning and development solutions and projects in the region to improve organizational performance; may involve recommending and deploying existing solutions, or developing custom solutions or interventions as necessary
    • Support and deploy the global learning strategic initiatives in the region
    • Actively support the development, preparation, nomination and deployment of global leadership and management development programs; this may include facilitation of live training sessions in the region, tracking of completion, and guidance to learners
    • Drive the Talent Management processes and talent campaigns in the region; support the facilitation of Talent Council meetings; deliver talent management training for HRBPs and managers
    • Coach HRBPs in the preparation and facilitation of Integrated Talent Review meetings, and encourage and support the follow-up of action plans
    • Provide guidance to HRBPs on the implementation of Performance Management policies, processes and tools; maintain awareness of Performance Management campaigns in the region to inform talent management efforts
    • Advise HR Business Partners on the optimal use of assessment tools and resources
    • Support and keep track of ongoing Executive Coaching and Mentoring programs; source and recommend external Executive Coaches best fit for leaders’ coaching needs
    • Provide consultative support to the Talent COE for company-wide initiatives
    • Participate in organization effectiveness projects such as change management and culture transformation work, as needed

    Job Requirements

    • You hold Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or any other relevant discipline; Master’s or advanced degree in Organizational Psychology or Human Capital Management will be strongly preferred
    • You have a minimum of 5 years leadership experience in Learning and Development, Leadership Development and Talent Management
    • The preferred candidate will have experience in Organization Development and Change Management
    • You have proven success in delivering leadership development programs, learning solution design and delivery, and other employee development assessments and interventions
    • The preferred candidate will have experience and certification on instructional design, assessment tools, coaching or training delivery will be an advantage
    • You are Able to think strategically as well as manage the hands-on execution of projects and programs
    • You will bring Strong analytical thinking skills, ability to assess, diagnose, and propose solutions to complex problems
    • We will rely on your Coaching and consulting skills
    • We will rely on your Strong stakeholder relationship management and influencing skills
    • You have excellent facilitation and presentation skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills
    • You are a Team player, interpersonal savvy and highly-collaborative
