Regional Learning and Development Manager EUAF
We are looking for a Regional Learning & Development Manager, Europe and Africa region. Reporting to Regional Head of HR Europe and Africa, you will support and drive learning and development opportunities to foster a learning culture. You will develop and implement a L&D strategy for the Region in alignment with our company goals of being Employer of Choice and Best People.
In conjunction with the relevant stakeholders, you evaluate the performance of the organization in order to determine whether Learning & Development is meeting business needs and improving organizational performance. You evaluate and establish suitable KPI’s, so that the effectiveness of the L&D can be measured;
You will also work on the Performance and People Development (PPD) prosess outcomes and in accordance with Fugro Corporate Leadership expectations conduct a comprehensive region wide gap analysis and arrive at a robust, SMART L&D plan for the region;
Together with stakeholders including Fugro Academy and the Global L&D organization, you will develop and deliver learning solutions that meet business needs with regards to technical competencies, soft skills and leadership development. You are responsible for planning and organizing the various L&D programs through digital delivery, class room based learnings, seminars, etc.;
You assist with global L&D organizational development program implementations in the Region – developing materials, toolkits, promotion of programmes and campaigns. You will also assist with global program deliveries – venue selection/liaison, local management attendance, assisting with webinars and virtual sessions;
You provide support for implementation of plans and strategies on succession planning, talent development, leadership training, career framework, etc. at the Regional level;
Advice on opportunities for individual role advancements and promotional readiness.
What you bring along
Bsc or MSc degree ideally in Human Resource Management or equivalent for the role;
Working experience in Human Resource Management, handling L&D and organizational developments;
You are fluent in English.
