    Regional Lead Logistics Proposition Manager

    The main purpose of this role is to bring the Lead Logistics strategy to life both internally within the region and externally with our customers.

    Lead Logistics scope – Supply Chain Management (SCM, Maersk Flow), 4PL (Orchestrator, Booking Agent, Air 4PL).

    Key responsibilities

    Drive Lead Logistics growth
    • Manage and develop sales collateral content and ensure it is available and ready to use for sales and product managers
    • Manage Regional Lead Logistics Sharepoint and create self-service learning options and training content for product managers and Sales
    • Regional entry point with the Global LL community and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure effective targeting with digital tools.
    • Personally, and actively support strategic pursuits to maximize win-rate

    Proposition Development
    • Configure existing and new LL capabilities into value propositions with the support of product managers
    • Support Product Managers, Solution Engineers and opportunity owners in specific key customer proposition developments including material support, project management and stakeholder engagement
    • Lead preparation of MOS, QBR and team bi-weekly meeting content and delivery
    Be an active participant within the Global Lead Logistics Community
    - Capture and share knowledge / best practices throughout the organization to support short- and long-term success
    • Speak up and share both supportive and critical views in a way that fosters a dynamic and engaging pursuit of continuous improvement

    Europe LLP and CCL Strategy for 2021 to 2023
    • Take ownership of the PMO role in the successful implementation and execution of the strategy
    • Runs the implementation drumbeat for enabler related objectives including meeting setup and facilitation
    • Track progress on objectives, key results and actions whilst helping to flag roadblocks and overlapping between actions
    • Identifies success stories and failures (learnings) for wider circulation
    • Drive objective owners to deliver actions on time and complete.
