    Location:Rijswijk (working from home possible)

    Job description:
    • Works with HR Business Partner to establish recruiting requirements and meets with hiring managers to identify needs;
    • Determines applicant requirements by having thorough intake meeting with the hiring manager;
    • Attracts applicants by placing jobs on job sites and through direct search;
    • Determines applicant suitability by interviewing applicants and arranging testing where appropriate;
    • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranges travel, lodging, etc.;
    • Coordinates interview feedback and where applicable arranges external assessment;
    • Prepares weekly update reports on status of job search for hiring manager;
    • Develops, implements and maintains the HR Recruitment process;
    • In the framework of the talent management process, interview and participate in assessment and identification of development needs for internal talent.

    Requirements:
    • Strong expertise in direct search and in recruiting via Social Media (LinkedIn, mainly);
    • English, Mandarin (Dutch is a plus!);
    • Eye for detail;
    • At least 32 hours per week available;
    • Strong planning & organizational skills;
    • Experience in creating and implementing an employer branding strategy is an asset.
