    Recruitment Coordinator / Administratief Medewerker

    Job Description:
    Would you like to pursue your administrative career in an international environment with recruitment as your focus? As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will partner with recruiters and hiring manager and assist in all aspects of the recruiting and hiring process. These processes include posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, and sending offer letters. This position also includes working with and updating Applied Medical’s Applicant Tracking System.

    The European recruitment team plays a critical role in all phases of the recruiting and hiring processes for our 16 entities in Europe. Our team is dedicated to exceeding all our customers’ needs and providing them with excellent support and advice.

    Within Applied Medical the title of this position is Coordinator Recruitment.

    Key responsibilities
    • Schedule video/onsite interviews and phone-screens for candidates
    • Update detailed candidate information, job information and postings in our applicant tracking system
    • Perform reference checks and creating and sending offer letters
    • Craft emails, messages, templates and prepare recruitment materials as well as advertising jobs on the available job boards
    • Communicate with candidates and provide follow-up correspondence throughout the hiring process
    • Keeping detailed notes and communication logs for team members to review
    • Ensure a superb candidate experience and help promote our Applied Medical brand
    • Answer questions related to Applied Medical’s recruiting and hiring processes
    • MBO+/ HBO level, preferably in HR
    • Relevant work experience in a supporting and administrative position
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch
    • Outstanding computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
    • Work experience in an international environment is preferred
