Your typical day includes:
Managing roles and incoming applications in Greenhouse, our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Handling and refreshing job postings on different channels and optimizing these
Working closely with candidates, recruiters and internal stakeholders of all levels to schedule and confirm interviews. These can be virtual as well as face to face / on-site interviews
Communicating clearly and timely about schedules and changes if and when they occur
Organizing travel for candidates and/ or reserve conference rooms as and when needed
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in reports
Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and events as needed
Preparing forms for candidates such as conditional offers, starter's form
Supporting the recruitment team on other recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates
This job might be for you if you:
Have 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
Are interested in fashion retail as well as in the recruitment industry
Are fluent in Dutch & English. Additional European languages are a plus
Have strong communication skills
Are able to work accurately and efficiently
Have good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Greenhouse (ATS)
