    Why do we need you?

    We are expanding at an accelerating pace. To date, we have around ~75 employees, and we expect that to grow to 100+ by the end of the year. However, the bulk of the hiring we expect to require in the middle of the year.

    We are looking for a broad range of functions and levels of expertise: from Sales Development Representatives to Senior Full Stack Developers, and from Digital Learning Leads, Heads of Finance to Customer Insights Analysts. And while the majority of our team is based in Amsterdam, we are building up our commercial teams in Germany in Sweden - and are sourcing tech talent from all over the world.

    As a scale-up, we do not yet have the name recognition that there is massive inflow for all positions. For some roles, you will be required to manage the applications and the process tightly, but for some roles we would surely expect you to tap into your network, open up LinkedIn and start sourcing.

    To ensure we not only grow in quantity, but attract the triple-A talent that is required to make the next step in all our positions, we are looking for a recruiter that is used to a fast-past scale-up environment, is experienced with a variety of functions and types of stakeholders, and gets motivated by delivering results.

    Specifically, what would we expect you to deliver over the next ~6-12 months?

    • Fill ~30 positions;

    • Work with stakeholders / hiring managers on defining roles, their requirements and the interview process per role;

    • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for these roles (from sourcing to signing contracts);

    • Employ (creative) sourcing strategies where relevant;

    • Be the spokesperson and face of Lepaya to prospective hires, and manage their process in a way that leaves behind a positive impression of the company - irrespective of the outcome.

    • Work on the Employer Value proposition - to ensure we increasingly attract more talent.

    In an ideal world, who would you be?

    • You are an experienced (in-house) recruiter in a rapid-paced, scale-up environment;

    • You have experience with sourcing and hiring for both commercial and technology positions;

    • You have knowledge of international relocation processes (or are eager and willing to learn) and hiring internationally (notably Germany/Sweden);

    • You communicate well with prospective hires and internal stakeholders;

    • You are fluent in Duch and English, German is a pre.
