Your new role
For an organisation in Hoofddorp I'm looking for a permanent recruiter/ HR crewing officer, who will recruit, interview, select, hires, and employs new offshore personnel. You will be responsible for the contract management with crewing agents and acts as focal point for crewing matters within the organisation.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration concerning the scheduling/ planning of offshore personnel. You will ensure that all units are staffed with the best qualified / trained personnel on board. You will be the first focal point on all offshore personnel and crewing matters. You will liaise with crewing agencies and arranges monthly meetings with all crewing agents.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor/Master degree in human resources, law or psychology or related educational background.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
Knowledge of personnel management and related processes. Including personnel planning, human interaction, team dynamics, training matrix, compliancy and competence assurance
Able to work according to company standards and successfully plan, organise, and complete assigned tasks in an efficient and safe way, both as a team as independently.
Able to multi-task and to effectively deal with problems and changing priorities.
Has organisational awareness and a confident, responsible, creative and analytical approach towards work, colleagues and other work related situations or problems.
