This is your chance to do this, together with an experienced, high-energy, international circle of colleagues. We are looking for an International Talent Consultant to cover maternity leave, but the option is there to extend long term afterward.

As an International Talent Consultant, you will be working on client projects to help them scale internationally in the field of HR and recruitment. You do this in multiple ways. For example via our Recruitment as a Service where you work in-house at the client’s team to help them set up and hire the best talents. Via our talent search solutions where you act as a headhunter or via our process improvement tracks where you assist our clients at a strategic level

Your responsibilities

• Work onsite with clients to set up, implement and sharpen their talent strategies and execute their hiring requirements.
• Conduct headhunt searches for roles as Head of Sales, Head of Operations, Country Manager for international growth companies.
• Join larger scale projects for delivery of workshops, designing strategy sessions and new workflows to support our client's growth internationally
• Business Development and relationship management with exciting clients

About you

• You are a driven, passionate and experienced recruitment professional with years of experience within a fast-paced environment.

• You love to deliver results fast. Yet, you are used to working both on the operational and strategic level at the same time

• You are an expert in the field of talent sourcing and you have a knack for data-driven recruitment.
• You get energy from bringing order to things, providing constructive feedback, and taking responsibility.
• You are able to work for different clients, companies, and projects at the time - and keep the full overview, adjusting to circumstances and cultures.
• Former colleagues refer to you as a self-starter, great communicator, and project manager. You are famous for having the necessary eye for details.

• You are fluent in English and it is a plus to speak Dutch, French, or German fluently.
• You like to work with global start- and scale-ups in an international environment.
• You bring energy to our team with your can-do attitude and positive personality.
