As our global footprint in continues to expand, we are looking for a Front Desk Officer / Receptionist for our Arnhem office. This is a part-time role for 22 hours per week. In this position, you will effectively interact and communicate with employees, guests, suppliers and (prospective) customers. You are the first point of contact, and pride yourself in a detailed view and premium quality standards. It will also be a function of this position to support the needs of a high-end and growing technical office. Your main task is to ensure the best working environment for our business.
What youâll learn & achieve::
Manage full site as a welcoming and inspirational environment for guests and employees
Handle incoming calls, postal mail, and other deliveries
Take responsibility for facility management, in close collaboration with external facility management company
Facilitates the work of all other staff by performing reception and clerical duties
Assists in maintaining facility security, first aid and policies towards business recovery and business continuity management
Adheres to company policies, procedures, and specific facility regulations
Supports site leader where possible
What makes you a great fit::
Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus
Work experience in a similar position
Hands-on experience with MS office, Excel, preferably Oracle as well
Strong communications skills, flexible and proactive attitude
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
