    How Will You Make an Impact?
    In this key role, you will be managing the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance support systems and activities for our Distribution Center in Bleiswijk. You’ll develop a culture that encourages and promotes adherence to Quality Assurance policies and procedures.

    What Will You Do?
    • Provide direct guidance and direction to ensure compliance of distribution processes to company quality policies, ISO standards, Good Manufacturing/Distribution Practices, and applicable regulations.
    • Further establish and enhance all aspects of the Quality Management System from strategic planning to hands-on implementation on topics such as Distribution Quality Assurance/Control, auditing, document management, CAPA resolution, etc.
    • Implement a “Problem Solving” culture to Quality issues that will drive sustainable Root Cause and Corrective Action.
    • Champion the CAPA database system and ensure robust corrective/preventive actions are established and effective in a timely manner working with cross-functional teams
    • Provide Quality input to product-related investigations, deviations, change controls, validation protocols, validation reports, and SOPs.
    • Drive continuous improvement across the Distribution Quality function, including a focus on reducing customer complaints.
    • Operate successfully in a matrix organization and own Quality matters across Functions, Departments and Suppliers to resolve Customer concerns, internal issues, and improve performance.

    How Will You Get There?

    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 5 to 8 years of experience administering quality systems such as change control, CAPA, training.
    • Minimum three years of experience as a people leader
    Knowledge Skills and Abilities
    • Knowledge and direct experience working with ISO or equivalent quality system required
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively both externally and throughout the organization
    • Must be able to influence & negotiate with people & resolve issues.
    • Enjoys working independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
    • Detail-oriented, organized and accurate
    • Successful with influencing and driving results
    • Able to prioritize to meet objectives
