As Quality Control Inspector you will be supporting the manufacturing of medical devices in Amersfoort, by carrying out quality, processes and product inspections. You will work in an international, dynamic and state-of-the-art environment. The efforts from you and the QC team help to make sure that the correct methods, procedures, specifications and standards are met.
You will be part of the quality control team and report to the Team Leader Quality Control. Within Applied Medical, the title of this position is Quality Control Inspector.
Carry out quality and process controls on product components and final products in our warehouse and manufacturing departments
Evaluate, analyze and process the test results and make sure that all products meet the appropriate quality standards
Ensure that the department’s activities are carried out and documented according to our SOPs, relevant ISO/GMP and Health & Safety requirements
Assist in investigations regarding deviations and test results
Participate in projects and validation processes if needed
Vocational education (MBO3 of MBO4)
Relevant experience in quality or process control within a production or manufacturing setting, preferably a cleanroom environment
Experienced in and knowledge of quality systems that apply in a regulated environment, preferably ISO13485 for medical devices
Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
Very critical eye for detail
Knowledge of MS Office, Windows and preferably SAP
Language skills in English are required, Dutch language skills are a plus
Available to work in shifts 06:00–15:00 and 15:00-23:59
Able to use your own transportation to travel to Amersfoort on the indicated times
