    Our professional recruitment services include Permanent, Contract and Temporary Recruitment Solutions, Executive Search and Selection as well as Recruitment Managed Services. Employing 25 people now, we recruit for the best companies placing candidates within roles across High tech, Finance, Sales, Marketing, business operations, Talent & HR.

    We now wish to appoint our first full-time Public-Sector Consultant, reporting to the head of contracting. This is a public sector focused hunter role, and requires someone with the right mindset, not afraid to cold call as required, get out there and network with people within the circles of Government, someone who can dig and research to find the right people to speak in order to meet them and champion our business at the right levels within target organisations. The role has the potential to become a manager role with subsequent growth following the success of the role and the acquisition of new public sector clients and a growing P&L.

    To be considered for interview, your skills and experience will include:

    • More than 3 years’ experience in business development and lead generation focusing on Public sector in Ireland, ideally selling services OR
    • A background as in Recruitment with a focus on winning new business for your firm in Public Sector. You must be able to demonstrate previous wins in Irish Government and an existing network of contacts
    • Demonstrable experience in professional tender responses with evidence of some wins
    • Expert on e-Tenders
    • Experience using LinkedIn
    • Experience working with a CMS to track activity and workflows
    • Experience in lead generation within public sector

    On successful hire you will be responsible for:

    • Tenders - working with Marketing and the team to respond to Tenders identify new contacts within target enterprise accounts and develop strategies to enter these accounts i.e. Account Based Marketing. You will be the owner of e-Tenders for RECRUITERS and this will include Researching new clients who have recently won major tenders outside of Recruitment services that could potentially be clients of RECRUITERS for our Contract, Temporary and Permanent recruitment services and proactively approaching these
    • Business Development – identification of Public Sector organisations who currently / will have a requirement for our services and connect with them
    • Sales Pipeline – tracking progress with all prospective Public Sector accounts and keeping on top of follow ups using our CRM to set tasks, negotiation of terms and conditions
    • Networking – join associations and attend industry specific events to represent RECRUITERS and meet prospective contacts
    • Account Management – of public sector and semi-state clients to ensure delivery from the teams of consultants and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Recruitment – of key roles in Public Sector Accounts to deliver on selected roles as well as co-ordinate delivery from other consultants
