    Project Delivery Lead

    As a Project Delivery Lead you will plan, implement and deliver sub-streams or sub-projects in large transformation projects across EMEA region in the Customer Fulfilment/Business Operation function.

    In this role you will:

    • Act as project delivery lead and be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, and delivery of sub project(s) within Customer Fulfilment transformation project.

    • Translate the sub-project/workstreams sub objectives into a meaningful implementation plan, taking all aspects of the company direction (other transformation programs, specific countires situation) into account.

    • Run project preparation activities centrally and in the EMEA countries by mobilizing local project teams, analysing project scope, key requirements, project risks and delivering detailed planning.

    • Act as project point of contact for local BusOps management, and workstreams, ensure clear and impactful communication with multiple levels of stakeholders and support associated change management efforts in in the countries.

    • Manage project execution by leading end to end transition and stabilization activities in the countries and utilize project governance effectively to resolve any project challenges and escalations including management of external supplier(s).

    • Support strategic engagements with external supplier(s) to ensure establishment of long term partnership and secure Canon EMEA interests.

    • Keep supplier accountable and monitor execution of agreed scope of work and high standards of quality.

    • Assess project challenges and opportunities and develop solutions to meet the transformation projects objectives and targets.

    • Drive implementation of best practices and efficient ways of working within project and supplier management domains via collaboration and knowledge sharing across program team and EMEA countries.

    You are the candidate we are looking for if you have:

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.

    • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

    • Demonstrate strong analytical skills.

    • Exceptional organizing and planning skills.

    • Strong project management skills.

    • Educated to a degree level, preferably at a masters level.

    • Have a successful track record of 5-7 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management/Operations with medium and or senior management level, either with a large successful and reputable international manufacturer or through managing major transition projects as a Management Consultant.

    • Understanding of organization development and organization effectiveness concepts and their applicability to organizational performance.

    • Ability to influence and convince in situations without formal authority and to push back when appropriate.

    • Strong stakeholder management skills and familiarity with change management principles.

    • Conceptually strong whilst pragmatic and results-oriented and do hands-on change activities.

    • Good balance of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation.

    Further Information

    There will be an element of travel required for this role which we expect to be around 30% of the time travelling between various locations across Europe.
