You interact with many other sectors within ASML such as procurement, sourcing, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing and customer support. You strive for quality while keeping timing and budget within agreed limits, and escalate to program and line management when needed.
The Project Manager drives a cross sectoral team to identify, quantify (structural) improvements including implementation, both pre and post shipment. You have direct interaction with our internal customer(s) like the Business Lines. You interact with many other sectors within ASML such as procurement, sourcing, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing and customer support.
You strive for quality while keeping timing and budget within agreed limits, and escalate to program and line management when needed.
Project Initiation: identify and analyze business needs, stakeholders and linkages to other projects and define project scope and objectives
Project Plan: formulate the project plan, determine budget and required resources, clarify role and involvement level of team members and acquire approval and acceptance of the plan
Project Execution: coordinate, monitor and drive project activities, manage project risks and resources and take corrective actions when necessary. Create and sent reporting to stakeholders
Project Closure: evaluate and close project, identify and analyze lessons learned, archive project documents and hand over project to customer and/or line management
Project Reporting: provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses
Relations Management: build, maintain and utilize a network of internal and external stakeholders, cross sector, and represent the project within the organization
People Management: attract, (functionally) lead, coach, appraise and develop (the cooperation between) employees, ensure staffing and facilitate empowerment
Content Related: intrinsic drive to understand the content and reasoning behind challenges facilitating a good team guidance and proper stakeholder management.
Master Degree in a technical area, such as Business Administration, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Optics/Physics, Data Analytics.
We are looking for people who:
Have 8 years’ experience in multidisciplinary projects
Have experience in organizing projects on system level with interfaces of multiple projects
Have a proven track record in realizing cross sector project results related to industrialization, serviceability, manufacturability, availability, reliability, diagnostics, recovery or related to these topics
Have experience in Change Management
Have experience with ASML products or have Semiconductor knowledge
Strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills
Self-propelling and entrepreneurial attitude
Excellent organizational skills and “helicopter view”
Able to influence people without power and speak up
Perseverance in situations when confronted with push back
Work pleasantly with people with different backgrounds and cultures
Context of the position
Within the sector Development and Engineering (D&E), the Spare Parts Management group is driving Replaceable Parts Definition, Reliability Growth and Root Cause Identification throughout the product lifecycle, supported by a feedback learning loop for risk and improvement identification.
You will interface directly with line and program level stakeholders within the Business Line (PDM’s and PCM’s) and a broad scope of sectors (Development, System Engineering, Customers Support).
