You'll manage and deliver multiple projects for our customers. You'll spend time a lot of time working on site with your assigned clients, with the remaining time working either from CTS offices or from your own home.
As a Project Manager for larger scale projects, you will be confident communicating with customers at all levels, and must be able to operate independently. You'll be responsible for setting and creating plans and forecasts for CTS and our clients, based on the service today and vision for the future. You'll be confident and capable of executing the plan and completing against set milestones and budget.
You'll able to demonstrate experience of managing projects covering infrastructure and application migration, software development and data migrations to public cloud hosted services. You'll have a track record of utilising project management techniques and methodologies for a portfolio of technologies and projects.
Clear and precise definition in the initiation of projects.
Preparing and maintaining project plans including resource and cost estimates.
Identifying Critical Success Factors for client satisfaction and achieving them through the project lifecycle culminating in high satisfaction scores.
Planning, monitoring and controlling multiple large scale cloud migration projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Managing the production of the required deliverables.
Maintaining forecasts to complete and working with colleagues to ensure timely project reporting, billing of assigned projects and commercial outcomes.
Managing project issues and risks, including the development of issue resolution and risk mitigation plans. Dealing with conflict, priority setting and working under pressure.
Managing project dependencies with other project managers and clients.
Customer and internal reporting of project progress through the production of status presentations based on written highlight reports.
Producing end project reports and lessons learned reports.
Demonstrate the ability to thrive within a fast paced, demanding environment whilst maintaining high standards and a customer centric approach.
You must be able to demonstrate management expertise and have the ability to understand and motivate people.
A detailed knowledge of an industry recognised project management methodology, including Waterfall and Agile principles.
A working knowledge of IT to the extent that you are able to collaborate with technical specialists and take ownership of solutions.
Client facing via face to face and video meetings
Willingness to travel to client sites across multiple office locations
A sound understanding at a basic level of core project financial disciplines such as tracking actual costs against plan and maintaining cost to complete estimates.
Experience of delivering projects for external customers.
Experience of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Dutch language skills are essential for this role.
Any experience of projects involving public cloud infrastructure would be highly advantageous
Project Management qualifications (PRINCE2 or Agile Practitioner), or certification in another industry recognised methodology.

This role will be Netherlands based (with the potential of travel to other European countries). Applications will be welcomed from candidates willing to travel and are based anywhere in the Netherlands.
The successful applicant will spend their week working from client sites, the CTS office in Utrecht and their own home.
