    Project Management Officer

    You will support the Global KYC CDD Pillar Program Coordination team with creating materials and slides with management information reports and dashboards, monitoring progress on different CDD projects, following through on actions arising from calls and meetings, and preparing ad hoc summaries of meetings.

    Location Amsterdam, Warsaw, Bratislava or Manila.

    What you’ll do:

    • You will assist in projects for cross functional teams focused on the delivery of a new feature, service, product or system. Assist in gathering business requirements, document functional and design specifications, identify appropriate resources needed.
    • You support the planning, monitor the progress and inform involved parties on the progress

    • You analyse and report on variations, risks and issues and encouraging and supporting a solution for them

    • You support the program and/or project manager in recurring day to day activities and ad-hoc requests

    • You identify opportunities for improvement and make suggestions for the continuous reuse of improvements

    • You assist in gathering and delivering control information, prepare, analyses and advise on the relevant content-related activities (e.g. budget, risks)

    How to succeed:

    • You have an academic or master degree
    • At least 1 or 2 years of PMO experience or similar
    • MS Excel expertise, attention to details, reporting experience
    • Analytical, influencing and learning skills
    • You are focused and result oriented, ability to function effective both individually and in groups
    • Experience with KYC is beneficial
    • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
    • Proven analytical aptitude, including the ability to mine and analyse large, complex data sets. Familiarity with data processing with Python, R or SQL is a plus
