    Job Description

    In this role, you have the opportunity to

    accelerate the creation of patient and staff friendly innovative high-end smart hospital environment solutions and create an impactful experience!

    Your are responsible for:

    • Formulating the project plan in accordance with the goals and timing set by the management team. The plan includes resources, costs, risk assessment and dependencies
    • Leading execution of the project in line with the plan. This includes setting up of the project team, monitoring progress, managing stakeholders and resources.
    • Controlling the project budget and progress, periodically evaluates feasibility, costs/benefits, takes corrective actions when necessary and drives adequate reporting.
    • Presenting project plans & status updates to the Project Board for consensus & decision making
    • Ensuring Quality both in the project results as well as business processes. Supports continuous improvement of relevant business processes.
    • Preparing documents required in the Product Development Life Cycle Management process and recommending strategies for the most efficient and effective approvals of regulatory applications.
    • Assisting with technical file creations (including regulatory chapters) for our portfolio items, compliant to the latest standards.

We develop, deliver and maintain connected hardware and software solutions that make a real difference to the patient and staff experience as well as reduce hospital staff workload.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

    • MSc. degree in (Business) Management or Engineering or closely related fields.
    • 4+ years as Project Lead – Leading/managing of larger Idea to Market projects.
    • Solid understanding of Product Development Lifecycle Management or other solution frameworks.
    • Knowledge of R&D development processes (e.g. Agile), and preferably global supply chain operations processes.
    • Understanding of the impact new products introductions and/or modifications to existing products (e.g. end-of-life) have on areas of Quality and Regulatory, cost, performance and throughput.
    • (Basic) knowledge of quality and regulatory processes e.g. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis.
    • Demonstrated excellent communication skills (verbal/written in English), interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders in the organization
    • Demonstrated skills in areas of coaching, communication, facilitation and business management.
    • Demonstrated success in working complex issues with cross-function team members to enable effective resolution.
    • Methodical, effective troubleshooting/problem solving skills
    • Self-motivated and able to learn quickly from others, recognize problems and take corrective action when appropriate
