Realize deliverables to agreed specifications on time and in budget.
Manage budget constraints by driving for accurate cost to complete estimates and setting clear priorities
Align the analysis of results of suppliers, engineering projects and the operational sectors to one consistent set of conclusions
Define and initiate actions and drive solution directions
Interface with the research teams
Manage the technical complexity of projects by first taking time to fully understand the results and their impact, define next steps and then be able to simplify in order to make clear decisions that are understood and supported.
Report on the progress, identify issues and bottlenecks and formulate clear help requests
Lead and motivate diverse teams
You are responsible for a cluster of projects, drive analysis of results in an efficient and effective way. You drive to conclusions and next steps, within timing and budget and deliver the required performance complying with ASML’s roadmap. You will be required to:
interface with other Project Cluster Managers (PCMs)
enforce required decisions to secure timing of deliverables in sync with the Product Generation Process (PGP);
be responsible for budget, cost, timing and organization;
interact regularly with suppliers, customers and other external stakeholders;
manage deliverables and activities required
This position is based in Veldhoven, with regular travel to customers and/or (internal) suppliers.
Bsc, Msc or Phd level is required. Education is good, mindset and drive are key.
10+ years of experience in international high-tech industry, of which:
5+ years of experience in running complex hardware related projects.
Proven leadership with (technical) content.
Experience with machine/system or module integration.
Fluency in English
Ability to work independently or in team settings in highly ambiguous environments.
Demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure environments.
Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships.
Extensive ASML experience, preferably in D&E
Strong personality, team player, decisiveness, initiative, can give clear direction, can influence with and without power.
Result focused, can-do spirit.
Excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills.

Context of the position
The DUV NPI Bottom Cluster NXT contains the following modules/projects: Wafer Stage, Wafer Handler, Dynamics, Stage Performance Measurements (SPM) and TIS/ILIAS/PARIS sensors. These projects are currently supporting the NXT:1470 and NXT:2050 developments. In the coming years, new module developments are planned to support the high demanding BL DUV roadmap on cost down, quality , overlay/imaging performance as well as throughput improvements.
The DUV NPI Bottom Cluster NXT PCM is actively participating in multiple NXT NPI Product Teams and is closely cooperating with the D&E line managers to optimize the project planning, matching the masterplans supporting the BL DUV roadmap.
