The Marketing Program Lead will be responsible for conception through to execution of marketing campaigns designed to drive awareness of Hexagon PPM solutions internally and externally across the globe in targeted industries.
In this role, you will collaborate to research and define priorities, scope, plan schedules, drive work efforts, and monitor campaigns/programs from inception through delivery. You'll be responsible for generating awareness, marketing analytics, nurture strategies, SEO, and lead reporting PPM's Vertical industry solutions serving our core markets. You will work in an open, collaborative environment with cross-functional and global teams, including Regional Business Development, Marketing Production, Regional Marketing, Go-To-Market leadership and Sales.
Build a deep understanding of industry trends and the needs of the vertical’s clients to ensure campaigns are highly relevant, timely and client-centric.
Define, lead and execute the regional Vertical’s Marketing Strategy.
Plan, develop, create, and execute marketing campaigns that include email marketing, social media, videos, webinars, infographics, thought leadership, and live event focused on prospect and customer target markets.
Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and analyse results and business impact. Provide insights into results and recommendations for how to improve and optimize going forward.
Coordinate with the Content Lead, Product Owners and Industry Consultants to ensure messaging is optimized to ensure campaign success.
Ensure ongoing communication and follow-up on priorities with the sales team, making adjustments to accommodate changing market conditions and emerging opportunities; attend regular sales meetings.
Support go-to-market needs for the relevant Vertical customer segment.
Ensure that all the activities are captured in our CRM system (Salesforce), use data to optimize campaigns and report on return on investment.
Manage and adhere to the Vertical marketing budget.
Experience of working in B2B marketing in a comparable high-tech products company or in a relevant industry company
