    Productmanager Anti-Money-Laundring worldwide

    yourself in in the middle of a rapidly changing IT landscape in the 'Know Your Customer' Anti-Money-Laundring Worldwide domain. Do you want to help to protect the bank and our customers worldwide from the negative effects of financial crime? As a Productmanager AML you can make a difference by being the link between our 'Know Your Customer' processes and the rapidly changing system landscape. You will be the linking pin between all Rabobank branches over the world and come into contact with almost all payment systems within Rabobank.

    As a Productmanager you will

    • Have a profound impact on the various strategic initiatives within the worldwide transaction monitoring system;

    • Liaise with multiple stakeholders within the Wholesale & Rural domain globally. Such as IT, Business, Compliance and Operations within all regions to ensure effective management of requirements by actively seeking solutions related to building and improving the global TM solution;

    • Ensure that the requirements of stakeholders are translated into appropriate and feasible solutions and incorporated efficiently;

    • Interact as a subject matter expert who provides vision and direction of solution to the development team and stakeholders;

    • Collaborate closely with your scrum team(s), manage the backlogs and prioritize backlog items to make sure the most valuable product is delivered to customers first;

    • Provide transparent, timely and accurate feedback/updates on planning, progress and dependencies.

    Customer focus, pro-active, solution-oriented, stakeholder management capabilities and stress resistance are clearly essential for the role of Product Manager. In addition, it's important that you recognize the job requierements in the checklist below:

    • Academic background/level (IT, business administration or similar);

    • At least 5 years of work experience as product manager or a similar role;

    • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills; both in the Dutch and English language;

    • Knowledge of Agile process and principles;

    • Knowledge of banking processes, administrative organization and IT solutions;

    • Knowledge of (inter)national risk and regulatory development.

    • A gross monthly salary between € 4.282 and € 6.260 (scale 10)

    • A thirteenth month and holiday pay.

    • An Employee Benefit Budget of 10% of your gross monthly salary. You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, or making extra pension contributions.

    • Flexible working times and location-independent working.

    • 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.

    • A pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 3,5%.
