    Product sales specialist (VAR & Distrubution)

    We are looking for a Product Sales Specialist (PSS) focusing on one of our key Distributors in EMEAR, accelerating Cisco's collaboration strategic execution in close alignment to the Cisco theatre.
    This is a phenomenal opportunity to apply your sales leadership skills in working with fantastic distributors and partners, top sales teams and solutions using today's most innovative technologies.
    In this role you will execute on the sales planning and segmentation, leading and orchestrating your business in an important region in EMEAR. Liaising at C-level with key Distributor and their Partners, your success will reflect in sales achievements and long-term relationships. In this job you will: Input to and execution of the sales strategy for a key Distributor in EMEAR as well as implement tactical acceleration plans. Build a reputation of innovation, success and partner intimacy for Cisco. Closely engage with decision makers within key distributors and partners, articulating Cisco’s vision. Work with the Cisco Distribution Account Teams on joint collaboration activities Drive and support activities in cooperation with cross functional teams crafted around the Distributors needs and opportunities. Drive annual sales within your area of responsibility showing YoY growth. Deliver accurate business metrics. Anticipate changes in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target opportunity. Travel and fully use the power of our collaboration technologies to be close to Distributors and Partners.

    You will join a highly skilled team of management sales professionals working with Distribution and Partner specialists.

Who You Are You need to be self motivated and driven to drive impactful results, have excellent product technology and business insight, commercial sales experience in Distribution or channel operations and are able to provide high business value with excellent presentation and communication skills. You bring 5+ years of sales experience in a dynamic IT, Software, Services and Solution business within the enterprise technology space. Experienced in operating in cross-functional teams to achieve set goals. Minimum BA degree in a business field or equivalent work experience Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales and financial goals. Able to understand, articulate and position the value of technology-based solutions to partners as well as end-customers Write and speak English fluently. Have experience supporting Distribution and Partners Understand how to work across different cultures Desired Skills Mastery in crafting and executing a successful sales strategy for an industry, segment or territory. Ability to understand distribution/partner needs and build a shared vision on their technology innovation journey. Confidence in operating within successful sales and technical specialists teams. Confidence in applying business and financial expertise to identify and qualify opportunities. Solid understanding of enterprise customers buying cycles. Comprehension of a broad range of Cisco technologies. Concrete success stories of closing large, strategic deals. Proficient English and at least in 1 other language within the region Why Cisco
