    By becoming our new Product Owner for Global Integrations, you will bring agile change and manage the service delivery across numerous integrations within our global application landscape

    As Product Owner - Global IT Integrations, you stand for agile change. We count on you to ensure routine and planning when it comes to changes in the environment. And to ensure uptime of our current environment, where integrations are managed through MuleSoft. In more detail: you will have the unique opportunity in this role to independently build our new Agile DevOps processes according to your vision.     As Product Owner - Global IT Integrations, make an impact by:

    • Successfully contributing to agile transformation and setting up a full lifecycle for services, from planning to build to run.
    • Offering technical support for our business applications and aligning quickly and flexibly with third parties in case of problems.
    • Managing the demand to avoid surprises due to ad-hoc changes.

    As Product Owner - Global IT Integrations, you work at the Global Support Office, within Ahold Delhaize. By taking our business applications to the next level, you will contribute to making better food accessible to everyone – and making shopping fit the way people live today.

    You will work closely with your four colleagues and team manager in our Global Service Delivery Management Department on our office's 6th floor in Zaandam. With your team, you are responsible for managing our IT applications, associated vendors, and business processes for offering technical support. You will join an enthusiastic team, where everyone helps and supports each other.

And specifically for this vacancy as a Product Owner - Global IT Integrations, you have a planning and execution mindset to bring structure and a lot of humor to offer some perspective to a team that is often performing under pressure. You supplement these skills with:

    • a bachelor's or master's degree from a relevant education such as Business Administration or IT Management and preferably an ITIL certification.
    • excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).
    • at least 5 years of work experience managing the service delivery of integrations in a global organization.
    • extensive experience with project management. Experience with DevOps transitions is considered a big plus.
    • the ability to grab the attention and manage stakeholders' expectations, like our GSO (Global Support Office), because you are responsible for lots of integrated applications across all business domains.
    • proven experience with, preferably Agile, change management, and vendor management.
    • experience with managing applications and systems like Mulesoft, Oracle, SAP, and SaaS solutions.
