    Job Description
    FinDock is looking for an ambitious, customer focussed, and creative product marketer to own the FinDock for Fundraising Go To Market (GTM) vision, strategy, and execution.
    In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you’ll flex both your strategy skills and your storytelling abilities to create engaging product marketing content for all parts of the customer journey.

    At FinDock, we want our product marketers to be storytellers first - making the complex, simple, creating memorable content and demos that are industry-relevant, easy to relate to, and captivating for our customers. We showcase the power of our products and solutions across launches, webinars, campaigns, events, enablement, and more.
    You will partner closely with product managers and solution engineers to bring location-specific use cases to life for our internal, partner, and customer audiences.
    Responsibilities and Impact

    • Bring to life the FinDock for Fundraising value proposition(s) across launches, campaigns, events, enablement, and digital channels based on a deep understanding of our customers’ top goals and challenges and our product strengths.
    • Partner closely with FinDock for Fundraising product and industry teams to develop and manage internal content, presentations, impactful training, competitive analysis, and other marketing collateral to help our sales team create and close the pipeline.
    • Create customer-facing content, videos, webinars, and product assets that are inspiring and relevant to fundraising organizations of any size – from the smallest SMBs to the largest, most complex global charities
    • Represent the FinDock for Fundraising team at major events and conferences
    • Partner closely with product management, campaigns, solution engineering, and other marketers and drive cross-functional alignment on projects
    • Partner closely with Nonprofit (AppExchange) solution partners like NPSP, Converse, Singlify, GrowingMinds, GoPublic...

    About you and your skills...*

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, demo or solution engineering, or related field.
    • A proven track record of performing well in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent spoken and written English. Dutch is a benefit.
    • Hands-on capability to create a wide-range of marketing collateral, including succinct slide pitch decks, ebooks, videos, demos, and event/webinar content.
    • You recognize customer's needs before they do.
    • You love to dig deep for the Why and translate your insights into compelling customer content.
    • You excel at storytelling, communication, and content writing.
    • You're a self-starter that knows why and how to prioritize tasks.
    • You're a flexible team player with a proven ability to lead and inspire others.
    • You're eager to learn and develop - both professionally and personally.
    • Preferred: Expertise with Salesforce products and the Salesforce platform, with experience in customizing the application, using the application, and demonstrating its strengths. Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certifications are a plus.
