    Product Manager - Security Platform Services

    As a Product Manager of Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR), you’ll join the Security Platform Services team in which you’ll be responsible for 3rd party tooling that empowers Security operational teams to improve their response process.

    In this role, you work closely with your team and empower them to develop and improve Booking.com’s SOAR capabilities further. You work with other Security teams and know how to apply impact-based prioritization of their needs to enhance their security response. You have experience managing a vendor to ensure our product needs are on their radar and together with the vendor make the most of your partnership.

    You're a team player, with a bottom-up approach to developing concepts and products. You are good at managing different stakeholders and establishing effective feedback loops for fast iteration. You’re creative, and always ready to adjust your strategy based on the evolution of cyber security threats and business strategy.     Your Impact

    • Contribute to the long-term vision of the Security Platform Services capability of Booking.com and sharing the vision effectively.
    • Engage with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Guide the implementation of operational processes and lead iterative improvements, keeping users at the center of everything and up-to-date on progress.
    • Use data (impact analysis, incidents and testing) to make informed decisions about what the team should work on next, analyze how it is implemented and what the results are.
    • Prioritize the backlog to continuously improve the services of your team.
    • Because your opinion is data-driven, you will define key business and success metrics, track them, and improve upon them.

    Your experience:

    • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager / Owner
    • Experience working with Security Operations teams
    • Experience working with teams of engineers and security analysts
    • Strong understanding of the role automation/orchestrion can play in Incident Response
    • Experience with vendor management
    • Experience using data to make informed decisions and ability to formulate and interpret meaningful business metrics
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to summarize complex and technical topics to a wide range of audiences.
    • (Preferred) Experience with Swimlane or other Case Management/Orchestration tools
    • (Preferred) Experience with working in an Agile/Scrum team
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
