Product Manager KYC
Full-time · Amsterdam
Hi, we are Mollie!
Our mission is creating a greater playing field for everyone. By offering convenient, safe and worldwide payment solutions we remove barriers for companies of all sizes to compete on equal terms.
It all starts with onboarding. This is where our customers have their very first interaction with Mollie and we pride ourselves on making that experience as pleasant and smooth as possible. Mollie has been growing at an incredible rate, and we need to ensure we scale our onboarding process to be able to support the increasing demand in sign ups.
At its core, onboarding is about making sure our potential customers have everything they need to start using Mollie’s products and services. In a heavily regulated industry such as ours, that also means complex additional know-your-customer and ongoing due diligence processes that we must complete automagically as much as possible, without compromising customer experience and creating unnecessary friction.
You will work with some of our most skilled engineers on building a highly efficient & innovative process that will attract new customers across Europe. Mollie is well-known in the Benelux market, and rapidly expanding to the rest of Europe. You will play a crucial part in our European expansion to help scale & grow the future of Mollie.
The ideal candidate for this role will have senior level experience in product management and have an understanding of the KYC landscape.

You can effectively handle even the most complex projects by breaking them down to small, clear, actionable tasks and goals to build products our customers will love.
Some of the important solutions you’ll be working on include:
Know-your-customer document management and analysis
Credit risk services
AML screening services
Website crawling and profiling
Bank account verification processes
You will join a highly energised team of product managers from various backgrounds. Your agile knowledge and change management skills will help us take the product practice to the next level. You will explore user needs and define how they can be translated into new features and products.
Your development team will be a good mix of engineers of various skill levels, with some of the most experienced engineers at Mollie. For us the quality is everything, coding is considered to be real craftsmanship. You will work closely with the engineering team to ship key features necessary for our growth. You will inspire our development teams by making sure they understand the business, vision and customer needs.
