Working at our Global Headquarters in Utrecht, as the Product Lifecycle Management System Administrator, you will be part of the RD&O organization and a member of the PLM System Management team. You will be responsible for implementation, testing, requirement gathering and enterprise system design support for JDE Peet’s Global business.
In your role as PLM Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Identifying the need to change/update in PLM solution, business processes and data;
Collaborating with PLM product owner to implement, maintain and improve the quality and efficiency of the PLM tool;
Gathering user feedback and implement appropriate process improvements, best user practices and training either as an individual mentor or in group settings;
Consulting and collaborating with Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design applications globally across the company;
Designing and implementing business needs in PLM;
Realizing great ideas to optimize PLM work and business process;
Focusing on efficiency and effectiveness to create a user habit;
Making change playful not painful.

For this role as a PLM Administrator we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
You have the ability to combine data-driven mindset with analytical skills. Data is not numbers for you but opportunities.
With a Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, you love to realize smart ideas.
Experience in managing Product Data, Product Lifecycle Management in a Global Scale will help, but passion and ready-to-show skills can always replace experience.
Thinking out-of-box have helped you in your previous works in the tool development, testing, and enhancement processes.
Excel is your best friend with enough practical knowledge in SharePoint. If you have more friends like Python, R, Power BI, SAS, you are who we are looking for.
You have a great sense of understanding business, business processes, systems thinking and the ability to influence others.
