    Are you a student looking for an Internship starting around March ‘21? Are you looking for an internship that will offer you an assignment in one of our running projects and that will challenge you with a wide ranging variety of work and opportunity?     The Cross-Sell Buyers are responsible for the sourcing Cross-Sell finished goods items for our JDE Professional organization. This can vary from paper cups, steers, crockery, milk jiggers, sugar or creamer sticks, chocolate mixes in vending bags and a multitude of different products that you can find next to a coffee machine or in a coffee shop, that offer a full coffee experience to our customers.

    In your role as Cross-Sell Supporter you will be assisting the Category Buyer and Category Manager on three strategic pillars:

    • Accelerate Value Contribution: support on cost reduction initiatives, projects and tenders
    • Leverage Supplier Relationship: support foundation building of supplier performance management and business continuity plans
    • Integrate Digital Excellence: data management: from information to intelligence

    Qualifications


    To be successful in this role you need to be:

    • Enrolled at a University/HBO related to Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, Engineering, for the whole duration of the internship
    • Highly motivated and excellent communicator
    • Fluent in English
    • Confident in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Capable of understanding vast amount of data and boiling it down to the essence to create the necessary clarity
    • Capable to understand procurement basics
    • Prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment

    For this internship at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS a standard compensation applies. This internship is for a 6-month period and starts in March 2021. It is a full time internship but 4 days can be discussed. Only students still registered at college (HBO)/university (WO) during the whole internship period will be considered. An online assessment is part of the selection process.
