    Process Officer Operations Clearing

    Your job

    Control Operations is the face of operational governance, protecting the quality and integrity of our client’s transactional data. We are constantly looking to improve automation of our daily tasks and create insights from our data that will allow us to become a more efficient and sustainable organization.
    Your activities as a Process Officer will include, but are not limited to:
    1. Setup and maintain Client, Counterparty (Street) & Product data in internal systems.
    2. Conduct daily tasks in a timely manner.
    3. Fee maintenance & reconciliation.
    4. Review and improve current SOPs.
    5. Work with data vendors to assure securities pricing is in line with the market.
    6. Assess Corporate Action announcements and adjust affected derivatives.
    7. Support stakeholders from Commercial, Account Management, Risk as well as other operational teams.
    8. Create KPI dashboards for monitoring and follow up tasks related KPI goals.
    9. Have an open eye for process improvements and always question our current way of working.

    Control is one of the three teams within Operations at ABN AMRO Clearing. Control Operations makes Clients’ business secure. We maintain data in Clearing’s core systems, enabling our clients to have accurate and timely data. We also reconcile all of our clients’ accounts. We have a very diverse team, with many different nationalities and a range of experience. The team consists of over 20 people and has a very inclusive environment.

    Your profile

    • Bachelor + > 2 years relevant work experience or Master and interest in financial markets.
    • Clearing industry knowledge (our role in the market), financial products, banking (incl. operational risks and compliance).
    • Experience with data quality/static data maintenance highly preferred.
    • Listener (communicator), empathic and cooperative.
    • Drive to perform and result oriented.
    • Flexible and shows backbone.
