As Process Improvement Manager Supply Chain you will report directly into the Head of Northern Europe. In this fast-paced position you are identifying process improvements in the company's supply chain processes and insights. You are a business partner and enjoy stakeholder management. You translate business needs to possible solutions.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Initiate and lead projects, from identification to strategy setting to implementation
Identify and set KPI's for 3PL's and 4PL's to drive performance
Define and own process policies, change management, and training (if needed)
Become a business partner, successfully translating business needs into solutions
Quantify the results of implemented (expected) changes and report to management
Lead and own the continuous improvement state of mind within the company
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor Degree or higher
5+ years of experience & track record in a supply chain related process improvement position(s)
Experience in the field of Logistics & Supply Chain, 3PL/4PL, and/or Transport
Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
Experience with SAP is a strong plus
Located in the province North-Holland, South Holland, or Utrecht
