WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
Drive objectives of the organization delivering and maintain optimal pricing of products and services to our channel partners and direct customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support and improve the pricing processes and skills of teams
Provide analytical and data content associated with sales and pricing, supporting multiple teams, and presenting to stakeholders when required.
Liaison for Pricing, Sales, and Product Management with the IT department on projects for Business Intelligence, customer facing, reporting, and pricing discounting deployment.
Assist in price performance metrics to company objectives, and perform/support periodic price analysis for product lines.
Maintain and promote the pricing Delegation Of Authority (DOA) process, while supporting the financial and growth objectives of the business.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the quoting process, price management, price reporting, and DOA process.
Support pricing systems and processes currently in place, while developing new more efficient policies and practices.
Bachelor’s Degree; Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics highly preferred
7+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas; analyzing data in pricing, sales, finance, marketing
Experience with forecast and data modeling required.
Advanced Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Products required.
Experience with Tableau and IBM Cognos preferred.
Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Demonstrated ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interface with people at all levels within and outside the organization
