Reporting to the Head of Sales and Business Development, the Pre-Sales Architect is the primary technical resource for the commercial teams when selling our Metrological Application Platform to our most strategic prospects and accounts at Tier-1 and strategic MVPDs in the EMEA and APAC region. You will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
The Pre-Sales Architect supports the teams providing technical documentation, defining the solution, generate effort estimates and commercial proposal documents as well as manage the pre-sales and sales support process.

Evangelize the product to existing accounts, prospects and industry partners at private meetings, industry tradeshows and seminars
Define and structure the internal pre-sales and sales support processes
Support the sales, business development and account teams (remotely as well as customer facing) to scope and guide technical solution design during the sales phase
Work with the Metrological technology and operations teams to provide project scope effort estimates and compile commercial offerings, author responses to functional and technical elements of proposal requests and guide RFxs procedures
Evaluate customers’, prospects’ and/or partners’ 1st and 3rd party integration possibilities and efforts, technology vendor requirements, and develop integration strategies for the Metrological Application Platform
Identify all technical integration and deployment issues in regard to new opportunities at existing account of new opportunities with prospects
Create and maintain relevant technical and product specifications and documentation
Experience in Pre and post-sales solution architecture in the embedded video technology space
Customer facing technical pre-sales experience
Commercial proposal authoring
Experience in managing the pre-sales and sales support process.
Technical integration and implementation management
Creation of relevant technical sales specification and documentation
BS degree in Computer Science or relevant analytical/quantitative discipline is preferred
10+ years relevant strategic level experience in embedded video technology deployments
Advanced knowledge of apps and OTT solutions on Set Top Boxes is strongly preferred
Ability to maintain a high level of customer service while managing multiple engagements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Exceptional large audience presentation skills
Fluent in English
